This mild yet effective skin tonic has been formulated to condition the skin after cleansing, while reducing excessive shine and oiliness. The non-drying alcohol-free formula restores the pH of the skin and protects the acid mantle, helping to control germs responsible for spots and breakouts. The skin is left looking refreshed, refined and even-toned.
